Therefore, we have created a pricing structure that is flexible enough to allow you to get the care you need, no matter what your budget. Our physical medicine office participates in most insurance programs, but please call us at (727) 289-9148 if you have any questions about whether you can use your insurance to pay for your care. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases that result in back pain, headaches or other symptoms which can be addressed with physical medicine care. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Insurance
Most insurance plans are accepted at our physical medicine office. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions. We also accept most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a rehabilitative care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge.
No Insurance
Our goal at Burghealth Physical Medicine is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not have any physical medicine benefits, there are still ways for you to receive the pain relief and care that you need. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits with our office, especially as they discover that physical medicine care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, rehabilitative care is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.

This plan is not insurance. Members are entitle to similar "in-network" discounts just like the insurance companies.
What happens when you don't have chiropractic coverage or your coverage does not cover your entire visit?
You would be charged the clinic's actual fees UNLESS you are a member of a discount program such as ChiroHealthUSA.
How does ChiroHealthUSA work?
A simple one-time fee of $49 cover you, and your legal dependents, for a year. You become members of the program and start saving money immediately. In fact, the membership fee is more covered by the discounts you'll receive. And the savings travel with you. You may use your membership at any of the nearly 5,000 ChiroHealthUSA providers through the country, although the actual fees and discounts may vary by location.
Can I use ChiroHealthUSA with my insurance?
Yes. ChiroHealthUSA may be used with insurance for non-covered services or when benefits are exhausted. Health plans differ so check with your plan administrator for any restrictions or limitations.
